The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has invited input on the implementation of House Bill 290, which revises application and eligibility requirements for a multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA).

Though this is not a formal publication for rulemaking, the information gathered will assist TDI in developing rule text to implement this bill:
